A unexpensive way to make my nail grow quicker?

not like super long but above where my finger stops and i would like them to be more square..but i can probably file them but i really just need them to grow maybe 1/2 inch? Thanks for any answers!!A unexpensive way to make my nail grow quicker?

Well garlic oil works t help nails grow and it's very inexpensive! All you have to do is:





Take one garlic oil gel capsule and gently hold squeeze one side.





Take a push pin and prick the end of the gel capsule, allowing the garlic to ooze out a little.





Place a drop on each finger and rub onto entire nail bed. Let sit for 5 minutes and wash hands with warm water and gentle soap. Do this once a night.

There is this multivitamin called ';Hair Skin and Nails'; that Walmart sells. You take one pill 3 times a day with each meal. I LOVE THEM!

PS You cannot put anything on top of your nails to make them grow, just liek you cannot pput anything on your hair to make it grow. It has to be from the INSIDE. Also, I would suggest keeping your nails polish free for a while.
you can get this nailpolish that strengthens your nails and makes them grow, so they dont keep chipping or breaking off. You can get it at most drug stores or grocery stores. Good luck!
im pretty sure Sally Hansen makes a nail polish that is specifically for strengthening nails and helping them grow...its just a clear coat
