Does any one know how to make ur nail grow much faster?

The green tea nail polish helps them grow longer and stronger,





but the only real way to have a speedy growth is to altar your diet.


Make sure you get 5 friuts and veggies a day, and tons of protein from sources like beans and nuts, but not meat. I once had the same problem, my nails wouldn't grow at all, but after going vegan I had to drastically change my diet to stay healthy, and now my nails grow fairly long when I cut them once a week.





If you need really long nails but dont want to change your diet, you can try acrylics or gel nails at a nail salon. Acrylics will work quite well, but gel nails (in my opinion) are better- they are flexible and dont damage your nails as much. If you dohnt want to spend that kind of money either, you can go to longs or somewhere else and get fake nails, glue em on, and then paint over them (about 5$ at longs or target)

go to a makeup shop or a drugstore and they will probably sell stuff to make ur nails grow fast. i tried using it and it worked like crzy!
i heard ingesting unheated virgin olive oil helps nails tremendously.also rubbing it on the nails.
