I had ';fake'; nails on and want to get my natural nails back to a healthy look. any suggestionsAfter having gel nail overlays what is the best way to grow your natural nails?
growing your natural nails back is pretty difficult, been there lol.
i would put some hand/nail lotion or cream stuff on them %26amp; try a nail hardening polish, like sally hansens, or a nail growth polish, so your undamaged nail will grow back faster. they may have a polish that does both, but im not sure, i just use the sally hanses nail hardening/strengthening polish

Fake nails only damages your natural naiils. This is why I never use fake nails. Give your nails some time to breathe. Stay away from fake nails and go ahead and buy some nail strengthener or nail grow. This helps protect your nails from breaking or chipping. Nail grow does help your nails by the nutrients.
