i ahve also bit my nails, i find it a filthy habbit,


but for once they are acutally growing,

I Find that lots of calcium works well...since the nail is made of calcium the more you have the harder they tend to be...i drink lots of milk but you can also take pills...it will take a while to grow so don't try to push...
