Is there any nail polish that makes your nails grow fast?

i need to stop biting my nails, so in order to do this, i need nail polish, and i want to grow them as fast as possible. Is there anything out there that can do this? If so, what do u reccomend?Is there any nail polish that makes your nails grow fast?
Nail polish wont do anything to make them grow faster. The nails are formed under the skin in your cuticle. Once you see a nail, it is already formed, and there isn't anything to make that nail part grow faster. You can make it stronger by keeping it moisturized. There are specific nail and cuticle moisturizer. If you want to have healthy nails, eat right. Nails are formed from live keratinocytes which are cells that are moved upwards and pushed out and formed into nails by your cuticles. Sally Hansen the brand that's sold in most drugstores like CVS has tons of nailpolishes in different colors. There's also basecoats that you can buy that are Maximum Growth, and then you can do a color over it.
