why is it when I let my nails grow long it starts to grow skin(flesh) underneath the growing nail, after a while? Its so weird. If I don't cut them the grow under will start to have feeling and itf I try to cut hem they will hurt. it happens to me too. i used to wear acrylic and gel for years and i think thats why. i was just looking for a question with it!
when i looked it up someone else asked and they said it was a fungal infection but they're not like us (black) and i don't think thats what we have. It's just the way your nails grow. It's called the hyponicium (sp?). There's not much you can do about it but keep your nails short.
