Nope.... it may make them more resistant to breaking so they appear to grow better... that's about the LONG AND SHORT OF IT..

Ive used Sally Hansens Maximum Growth (the clear one) for years ( dont know if that's the same as your 'Plus Nourishing Nail Colour' one though?) and my nails grow really well with it, and quite quickly too.
Didn't do a thing for me.
