How can you make your nails grow longer faster without nail growth formulas from stores?

push back your cuticles and drink milk and take vitamins.

more calcium will make them grow faster and when they grow in they will be stronger so they dont break.

The most common nail wreckers are harsh detergents and water, which can stress nail fibers. So be sure to put rubber gloves on while you clean or do dishes.

Also, avoid using perfume lotions that usually contain alcohol if your nails are brittle. It will only make your nails worse.

It may be possible that your calcium intake is low, as well.

The nail is made of a hard protein called keratin. A protein is one of the building blocks which make up the body. The nails help protect the ends of the fingers and toes from trauma and also help us pick up small objects. Over the last hundred years, the nails have become more important for cosmetic reasons and less important for protection. Manicuring is the care of the hands and nails. Basic manicuring should be done once a week. Every 4-6 weeks it is a good idea to seek the services of a professional manicurist. A professional manicurist best knows how to keep your nails looking healthy and beautiful. How can you make your nails grow longer faster without nail growth formulas from stores?

don't bite them. let them be for a week and see how much they grow. make sure u dont bite them when ure nervous.
I used a remedy that worked wonders. Take a few pieces of garlic, chop them and put them in one of your nail polishes that you mostly use, transparent nail polish is better. Now apply it, remove it after a few days and reapply it. it may smell and make your nails yellow but it will harden your nails and make them grow faster. When you feel there is no need of that nail polish stop appling it and trim your nails until you get rid of the yellow ones. Its a long remedy but it works wonders.
moisturize your nails and cuticles. lotion alone is not enough, you need something heavier, like shea butter oil or olive oil. after your bath, when your nails have soaked up the water, apply lotion, then put the oil on top to seal it all in. this makes a big difference. it keeps your nails softer and helps prevent splitting and chipping.
just paint them everyday. eat jello. jello works
Calcium.
