What makes fingernails and toe nail grow so often ?

Does it have to do with blood circulation? What makes fingernails and toe nail grow so often ?
the finger and toe nails r made up of keratin, the same protein hair is made of. there are living cells in the nailbed that make the keratin, then die and are packed together to form the nail. Blood circulation doesn't make a difference, but the season, your health, and whether its the dominant hand or not doesWhat makes fingernails and toe nail grow so often ?
I don't know if it has to do with blood circulation, but they continue to grow just like hair and skin cells. Old hairs are being pushed out by new ones, old skin cell are being wash away on a daily basis and toe and finger are being cut or trimmed. It maybe cell regeneration or something to that effect. I'm curious to know the answer, also.
Actually has to do with dieing cebum cells - that's why they continue to grow after death. OK that was macabre......next!
..and vitamins and protein
no. I think it has to do more with the fact that you are not anerexic and are actually eating food so you grow faster.

Solution: Toe and finger nail clippers.

Good luck!
